inHaus2 (Smart Building)

Since 1996 broad experiences were gained in the area of Smart Home in research, development, testing and practical application of intelligent house systems. Since 2005 the inHaus GmbH alone could put over 100 solutions into practice which are now available on the market. Those are, among others, private properties of high quality but also housing estates for seniors and many objects in the housing industry.

 

 

In the area of Smart Building vast practical experiences were gained especially in health- and nursing properties since we work closely with constructers and owners of nursing homes. In these processes the inHaus Center constantly gives new input and puts new innovations into practice. All developments receive stimuli from the inHaus partner AAL GmbH (Ambient Assisted Living), a union of well-known constructors of nursing homes and owners in Germany.

 

 

The office sector is based on longtime experiences of the Office-Innovation-Centers (OIC, Office21) of the Stuttgart branch of Fraunhofer Gesellschaft. Project consulting for offices with innovative engergy-saving functions has also been carried out. Partner companies of OIC and Office21 play an important part in giving new stimuli for innovations in all inHaus2 activities.
