CareLab

Currently, the inHaus-CareLab consists of three different scenarios implemented in one room: SmartRoom, SmartCheckOut and SmartControl. Each approach is aimed at an independent and more convenient life at home later in life. Beyond that, the scenario SmartRoom offers additional features, which are particularly relevant for the nursing staff. SmartRoom The SmartRoom's central component is a touch-screen computer, which can be installed near the bed. If one or several items are missing, the application reminds the user via voice output or flashing items to take them along. SmartControl SmartControl is a context-sensitive remote control whose user interface changes depending on location. All applications can be operated using only four control keys.
